The company delivers, but why pass up an opportunity to go there?
RocketNews24 alerts us to the existence of this spectacular milk shop. The design is inspired by the popular cartons of the Mainichi Gyunyu brand; apparently the distinctive red-white-and-blue pattern is recognizable nationwide in Japan.
The building, at a tall three stories, is not shy; browsing around the neighborhood via Google Street View, you can tell that it’s actually taller than any of the buildings nearby. With the help of Google Translate (thanks to Google for making this post possible, honestly), we’ve figured out a few more things about the building: it’s known locally as the Osako Milk Shop, that it houses both a store and the family who works in the store, and that the store both sells from the carton and delivers milk to the neighborhood.
“We had very good cold milk,” writes Instagram user namabayashi.
