After a hard day's work planting garlic (tips up!) this week's modern farmers headed inside to catch up on some Modern Farmer reading.

Do you want to be in the #iamamodernfarmer spotlight, too? Here’s how it works:

Purchase our “I am a modern farmer” T-shirt. You don’t have to buy and wear the tee, but we’re contributing a percentage of the profits to Farm Aid to help support independent farms.

Share a photo or a short video, which shows how YOU support local farming in your region. Did you visit a corn maze this weekend? Go apple picking? Harvest and can your summer crops? Or, did you purchase local produce at the farmers market or local grocery? That all counts!
