The Bloomville Phoenix Cocktail Recipe

Small-batch whiskeys and absinthe fueled the party's signature cocktail.

In a pitcher or large mason jar, combine 4 ounces bourbon whiskey, 4 ounces corn whiskey, 3 ounces sweet vermouth, and 1 ounce absinthe. Place an ice cube in each of 8 glasses and divide the cocktail evenly among them. If desired, garnish each glass with a charred rosemary sprig.
